Holy cow July is already here and gone! What is this world coming to? My life is just flying by. July was very eventful. All of the festivities at the beginning of the month were a blast! The BBQ was a busy day as I expected it would be and it was so nice to get to see KayLynn for a week or so and now I won't be seeing them again until October and hopefully Baby Nelsen will be here then too.
Kyle and mine's trip to Vegas was so much fun and so good for us. We stayed at the Palms which was an adventure in and of itself, we tried to use a Groupon for it but if you buy the Groupon as you are walking into the hotel it naturally will cause issues and I am obviously new to Vegas, when we got to the room I pulled out a mini bottle of vodka from the mini fridge, not realizing that it will charge you automatically when you do that, and put it right back Oops! It all got figured out though. We also killed the Craps table, I think we both have a little bit of an addiction to that game, I am definitely worse with my gambling than Kyle and he gets a kick out of it, but it's not an issue as long as you don't admit it, right?
Another semester is here and gone (as of Thursday) and I only have one more left (barring all outside major catastrophe's) and I will be D-O-N-E in December, thank God! I am so done with school. I basically start my internship with Murray City Fire on Tuesday I just need to get the paperwork out of the way and I am going to being helping them plan and organize extra curricular activities that they do. It will be fun and such a good experience, I am excited.
Little BayLeigh Kaye arrived, I am excited to have a niece, being as I will probably not ever get one through my siblings ;) She is a doll and just so tiny I can't believe it. It will be so fun to watch her grow and get to be a part of her life (assuming I get to be, which I don't think is an issue)
Oh and I found a baby fish in the big tank! I am so excited about this and Kyle thinks its funny, but oh well.
Anyway that is pretty much how my July went. Now for August, I have two finals this week and the next semester starts on the 22nd. It is going to go by fast I have faith.
